Dan Petrescu “looked” at a player, right after CFR Cluj – Poli Iași 2-1

CFR  cluj: The Transylvanian goals were scored by Mohammed Kamara (10th minute) and Louis Munteanu (16th minute). On the other side, Mihai Bordeianu scored for the Moldovans (87th minute – penalty).

From the 76th minute, Cluj were outnumbered, after Kamara was sent off for receiving two yellow cards. The fouls made by the Liberian caught the attention of Dan Petrescu (56 years old), the CFR coach, who had a message for the African footballer.

At the end of the match with Poli Iași, Dan Petrescu drew Mohammed Kamara’s attention that he must be much more attentive in future matches when he plays on the field with a yellow card.

Also, the “Feroviarilor” technician confessed that he does not understand why the Liberian footballer is so undisciplined and receives warnings in almost every game he plays.

“Unfortunately, Kamara is suspended again. In all the matches he plays he gets yellow or red, I don’t know what’s going on. He also took cards easily. Normally, when you have a yellow, you have to be more careful” , said Petrescu, in the flash-interview held after the game.

Mohammed Kamara was transferred in the summer by CFR Cluj free of contract from Hapoel Haifa (first league in Israel). Apart from his successes on the field (one goal and one assist), the African collected no less than eight yellow cards and two reds in nine appearances for CFR in the SuperLiga.

CFR Cluj: After the red card received in the match with Poli Iași, Kamara will be absent from the CFR team for the match in the next stage, away, with Petrolul Ploiești.
